SHIPPING & RETURNS
Currently everything is being shipped out of our Los Angeles facility. Standard ground shipping is free. Expedited shipping is available by request, for a fee. Returns and exchanges are paid for by customer.
Shipping outside the USA is $30. Please select "international shipping" in the drop-down menu when placing your order.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for special shipping requests.
All unworn merchandise may be returned in its original package, along with the receipt, up to 14 days after the date of purchase. Refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described below.
Exchanges of unworn items with different sizes or styles are accepted 30 days from purchase.

Credit Card Refunds
All returns will be refunded to the original credit card that was used for your purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process the credit. Once the credit is processed, it can take between 2-5 business days to show up on your statement.
Refunds on Shipping Charges
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received damaged items, we will refund shipping charges.
Please include a receipt or order number in each return request.
