When will I receive my product?
All of our merchandise is currently being shipped out of our Los Angeles facility, and will be shipped standard ground delivery unless otherwise specified. Our current estimates are between 5-8 business days within the United States. For international deliveries, we will send you a tracking number for your package. Please note that during the holiday season, weather and Post Office closures may cause delays.
If my product does not work for me, what can I do?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, and exchanges within 30 days, if product is not worn. Any worn items may not be returned or exchanged.
I am a half-size, but you only sell full sizes. What should I do?
With each pair of shoes (except for the Chelsea Boot), we include a half-size leather insert to size down if needed. If you are a half size, please order the nearest full size above yours, and the insert will accompany your shoes. Et, voila!
